Lonliness....

I sit in a corner by the sea, wondering who is around me,

There is an illusion of people surrounding me,

For Friends they are, they shout to me,

But when I wake up, its nothing but the silent sea....

Its gushes wind across me, showing me its presence,

But in essence all it is reflecting is my emptiness.

I have an attraction for that corner,

For 21 years of my life, I spend there viewing the silent sea,

Seasons came and seasons changed,

People came and people left,

All that remained was the silent sea.

Yet today when I look back down the memories,

All that it reflected was the emptiness in me,

All that is said to me was "Yea, you are lonely".

For I worry not; it said to me,

It shall be with me... now and forever..

The faithful silent sea....

I return to the faithful sea,

To rejoice the feeling of belongingness,

A feeling I long yearn for... a feeling I long yearn for.....
